MINDSHIFT runs as two separate programmes. They share a name and a mission, but the audience, methodology, and room differ. Pick the format that fits.

For more complex briefs we prepare individual formats, including an intensive one- or two-day programme. This is useful when an organisation needs to work across several departments, internal processes, responsible-use rules, or a concrete proposal for applying AI in the working environment. Scope, content, form, and expected outputs are set on the basis of needs mapping and agreement with the client.
Before joining, participants or clients can consult on suitability of format, content focus, expectations, technical requirements, previous experience, and specific needs. Online delivery widens access for people outside Bratislava, participants abroad, parents and single parents, carers, and people with limited time.
MINDSHIFT programmes do not end with a qualification or formal degree, so prior learning is not recognised by shortening the programme, awarding credits, or exempting parts of it. However, prior education, professional practice, and experience with digital tools or AI are taken into account when setting the level, choosing examples, pacing, and facilitation. For teams this is gathered during needs mapping; for open programmes via the registration form or an opening reflection.
Feedback is one of the main ways our programmes improve, and we welcome it. We collect feedback after each programme, and you can write to us any time at researchlab@sorrywecan.com. If anything about a programme does not match what was published or agreed, you can submit a comment, complaint, or claim in writing.
We process participants' personal data in line with applicable data-protection law (GDPR), to the extent necessary for registration, delivery of the education, and communication with participants. The full privacy policy is being prepared and reviewed under Slovak and GDPR legislation.
Pricing reflects the scope of education, professional and methodological preparation, the involvement of lecturers and facilitators, the degree of customisation, materials, technical and organisational arrangements, and the nature of the expected outputs. For organisations, pricing is set individually on the basis of needs mapping. Where a programme is funded through external education support, pricing may be set per participant under that scheme. Payment by invoice or per the conditions of the given open date.

Research Lab helps individuals, teams, and organisations understand artificial intelligence, digital tools, and changing ways of working, and work with them responsibly, practically, and meaningfully. We develop AI literacy, critical thinking, sound decision-making, creativity, collaboration, and the ability to connect technological possibilities with human judgement and responsibility.
To be a trustworthy educational and research platform for adapting to technological and social change, an environment where people from different professional, cultural, creative, technological, community, and organisational backgrounds can understand new technologies and turn them into the ability to act, decide, create, and collaborate.
Research Lab works with an interdisciplinary team from artificial intelligence, automation, creative production, product development, strategic decision-making, adult education, and research. Each programme has a defined methodological and subject-matter guarantor.
The exact team is determined by the programme's topic, format, audience, and planned learning outcomes.
Research Lab is a member of AIVD, the Association of Adult Education Institutions in the Slovak Republic - a professional anchor in adult education and a space for exchange, networking, and contact with organisations devoted to lifelong learning.
We grew out of SORRYWECAN, and insights from real production and strategic practice enter our programmes as current examples and methodologically processed topics. We collaborate with local and international experts and organisations across technology, the creative industries, culture, education, product development, strategy, and research. We are currently joining an Erasmus+ project with a Czech partner and preparing a Visegrad Fund collaboration with a Hungarian partner.
We develop the community dimension mainly through Communitea, an open meeting for people from the creative industries, culture, business, the non-profit sector, technology, and education, creating space for cross-disciplinary dialogue about how work, decision-making, creativity, and technology are changing.
